The Near Southside

Magnolia Avenue is the centerpiece revitalization project of the Near Southside — a historic, mixed-use district located just south of downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Near Southside is one of the most dynamic areas in North Texas with 30,000 employees and thousands of new residents.  First developed in the early 1900s, the district is located south of Downtown Fort Worth and north of the historic Fairmont residential neighborhood. The 1,400-acre mixed-use district is now home to some of Fort Worth’s newest retail, office and multi-housing projects.
